Paul Kilp, Vice President of New Product Development

 As Vice President of New Product Development, Paul Kilp leads the design and DSC_9011_2.jpgimplementation of innovative talent solutions to expand Enterforce’s talent acquisition solutions. Paul has over 17 years of management, recruiting, and sales expertise, identifying new market opportunities and driving strategy toward growth and diversification. His expertise includes staffing, contingency search and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). 

Prior to joining Enterforce, Paul served in a variety of sales and executive leadership roles for large and mid-sized staffing and recruiting firms.  Paul’s career in staffing began working a light industrial staffing desk which quickly evolved into a sales role where his focus shifted to new business development. The following years of his career in recruitment were spent as a selling branch manager, followed by a move to a leading global staffing and workforce solutions corporation as an Account Executive. In that role, he was responsible for the growth and management of the strategy and relationships in corporate national staffing accounts through the development and execution of comprehensive account strategies.

Paul most recently led and grew a regionally owned and operated staffing organization, starting as their Vice President of Sales and eventually leading the organization as their CEO.  As the CEO, he expanded the company’s service offerings from professional staffing and contingency search to include a highly successful RPO division. During his tenure, the firm was a three time winner of the MMAC’s Future 50, the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies, the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies, and consistently ranked in the top staffing firms in Milwaukee according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.

Professionally, Paul is active in a variety of professional and service organizations, including, SHRM, TEC, the MMAC and the Waukesha County Business Alliance.  Personally, he has a passion for helping others in need of support and guidance. He currently volunteers with the Urban Promise Program at Saint Anthony High School and previously he served on the Leadership Taskforce and Employment Services committees for the Milwaukee Center for Independence. Paul is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a BS in Psychology and a Minor in Organizational Communications. The idea of helping others and changing the lives of those around him are what keep Paul focused in the workforce solutions industry.
