Milwaukee, WI – We Energies honored Enterforce, Inc., the fourth fastest growing Woman-Led Company in North America (Entrepreneur Magazine, November 2008), with the STAR award for Supplier Excellence. Enterforce, Inc., a woman-owned, WBENC certified Managed Service Provider (MSP) is one of only two suppliers to receive We Energies' STAR Award 3 years in a row. The award is given to suppliers who have excelled in Supplier and Workforce Diversity, Cost Reduction, Innovation, Customer Satisfaction, and Safety initiatives. It distinguished Enterforce as We Energies' highest performing and most effective workforce supplier.

The winner of the STAR award is determined by five categories: customer satisfaction, reduction to labor costs, safety at the workplace, innovation, and supplier and workforce diversity. Gail DeVeau, Director - Supply Chain of We Energies, said that Enterforce excelled in all five categories.

Enterforce President and owner, Marie O'Brien says, "We continue to relish the ways our unique MSP programs save our clients money in this economy. In the case of We Energies, our ability to save them money, AND stand out as an award-winning supplier, only affirms the need for economic and collaborative relationships such as those between ourselves and such an esteemed company." Enterforce is a locally based Managed Service Provider (MSP), which has continued to grow over the last five years. MSPs manage and oversee the internal and external functions necessary to a corporation's contingent labor workforce. Implementing an MSP program can save Fortune 1000 companies between 5-20% in contingent labor. In any economic climate, that's a lot of money. Enterforce offers an efficient alternative to its competitors, some of them large staffing firms, in the procurement and management of its clients' contingent, direct hire, intern/co-op, and contract labor needs. Enterforce is also a supplier and workforce management consultant for other Milwaukee based firms, such as Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and Actuant Corporation.
