Enterforce Featured in CNN Series

Enterforce was chosen not only because of their innovative business model, “The Enterforce Advantage,” developed by President and CEO, Marie O’Brien, but also because of the ways Enterforce has successfully partnered with Fortune 500 companies such as Milwaukee-based Harley-Davidson, Inc., WE Energies, and Actuant Corporation.

WAUKESHA, WI – Enterforce Inc., a premier workforce management solutions provider, will be featured on CNN’s The Economic Report, beginning at 9:24 a.m., Saturday, January 16, 2010 on CNN Headline News in Minneapolis, Milwaukee, and Madison.  The show will air in a variety of slots including 5:24 p.m. in Milwaukee.  In the segment, two local Fortune 500 companies, Harley-Davidson, Inc. and WE Energies, will discuss how the U.S. contingent workforce is currently changing and how the Enterforce business model helped them adapt.  In April 2009, a special workforce issue article in Time Magazine predicted that the US temporary workforce will grow from 26% to 40% in 2019. Large companies will continue to need better systems to manage workforces and suppliers.

When asked what made her business model innovative, O’Brien said, “The obvious benefits are that common practices create systems efficiencies, controlled costs, and mitigated risks.  But a good MSP must be independent of the profit structure for hiring suppliers.  Only then can it objectively manage in its client’s best interests and focus on fair competition in this strained marketplace and hiring high caliber talent.  A recent survey by Staffing Industry Analysts, the leading research organization in the field, shows that Fortune 1000 corporations’ use of MSP programs jumped to 51% in 2008 and is expected to increase to 66% by 2010.”

“The Enterforce Advantage” provides clients with savings that result from facilitating a competitive field among its suppliers as well as the infrastructure tools necessary to streamline all of its client’s contingent workforce systems and processes.  Clients attribute Enterforce’s success during tough economic times to their knowledge within the industry and the performance of their programs.  Entrepreneur Magazine named Enterforce the 4th fastest-growing, woman-owned business nationwide in November 2008.
