Randall Harlan, Senior Vice President Strategic Solutions, Sales and Marketing
Randall C. Harlan is an accomplished, outcome-driven strategic sourcing and business development executive with over 25 years of experience in progressive leadership and management roles. He has consistently delivered year-after-year success leading complex marketing strategies, and supply chain initiatives and engagements in and for enterprise companies.
Recently Randall was appointed as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for overall sales growth and related sales operation. He is charged with developing the most effective commercial strategy and structure to drive top-line revenue and expansion.
Previously, Randall was vice president of communications and integrated services for Enterforce, Inc. In this role, he had overall responsibility for the company’s marketing and communications functions. He also oversaw the organization’s supply chain including supplier vetting and onboarding, as well as the processes of reviewing, negotiating and administering business aspects, terms, conditions and risk mitigation of client agreements. He ensured the organization’s supply chain of human capital workforce, and solutions providers was properly configured and capable of meeting clients’ talent and supplier diversity requirements.
Randall is a natural leader, accomplished in managing highly skilled, cross-functional teams in the design, development and launch of leading-edge business development and supply chain solutions. An effective problem solver and communicator, Randall brings a fresh perspective and insight to drive project, department and team performance improvements.
Prior to joining Enterforce, Randall was an Account Executive for a leading global staffing and workforce solutions corporation. In that role, he was responsible for securing, growing and managing the sale and relationships in both new and existing corporate national accounts through the development and execution of comprehensive account strategies. During his tenure, Randall worked with numerous enterprise clients including, P&G, MasterCard, 3M, USPS, Target Corporation, Medtronic, Rockwell, Magna International, Northwestern Mutual and others to implement and manage workforce systems and solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Randall holds a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. He is also highly involved in community and volunteer activities in which he serves on the Regional Board of INROADS Great Lake Region, IMPACT, Milwaukee, WI. He is also an active member of the Milwaukee Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
