Suppliers prefer working with Enterforce because of Enterforce’s extensive knowledge about the industry and their understanding that Enterforce's MSP program is truly "neutral". Suppliers who work with Enterforce recognize the professionalism of the Enterforce Advantage and appreciate the independent model which supports their performance and provides them with a fair, competitive opportunity for your business. Without the Enterforce Advantage, suppliers can be left out of the competitive playing field as supposedly “vendor neutral” MSPs mark-up their services. They know the value of visibility and doing business in a fair market. Enterforce believes that suppliers deserve to be recognized for past performance and reasonable pricing.
Enterforce will train and transition incumbent suppliers recognized as performing well. In addition, Enterforce can identify new suppliers that may be needed to support your diversity goals or changing business needs. All of our suppliers are pre-qualified through our Supplier Business Profile process and pre-defined criteria in order to provide our clients with select recommendations. We also review supplier metrics with internal stakeholders and review planned needs on a semi-annual basis. These processes minimize the disruption to our clients’ business during the implementation of an MSP program.
Enterforce Supplier Diversity and Mentoring Program
Most large organizations have diversity workforce programs, placing a large demand on minority candidates entering the workforce. Enterforce uses a consultative approach to meet its clients' diversity spending goals that builds a stronger, certified diverse supply base for clients.
Supplier Diversity is a critical component of our supply chain responsibility. Enterforce's supply chain diversity program is grounded in a mission to ensure that those groups that have traditionally been left out of the economic mainstream are given access to Enterforce's procurement process provided their service adds value to our supply chain. Enterforce utilizes the following partner organizations to source diversity suppliers for our supply chain:
- NMSDC - we work closely with this organization to identify minority suppliers
- WBENC - Enterforce is an active member, and supports their initiatives to help grow and strengthen women-owned firms
Another critical component of our supply chain diversity program is our Mentoring program. Our Supplier Diversity Mentoring Program supports our efforts to build a Best-in-Class diverse supply chain. A primary objective of the program is to enhance selected supplier's capabilities, accelerate diverse firm's growth, business acumen, and profitability by expanding their participation in client MSP programs.
