Often, when companies hire contingent workers they use their own payroll out of convenience.  This approach, however, adds the risk of major IRS fines and worker lawsuits.  Enterforce mitigates the risks associated with co-employment by becoming the “employer of record” for contingent workers.  Enterforce simplifies the process by providing payroll services for external hourly employees as well as Interns and Co-ops – workers who do not qualify as Independent Contractors.  We specialize in making these processes visible to our clients.  Enterforce tailors your program in ways that benefit your needs at competitive mark-ups.  We can reduce the mark up because we don’t recruit these candidates and you get the benefits.  Because of our expertise in the field, we can handle all the HR paperwork and assume the unemployment liability.

Standard and centralized processes are developed to efficiently categorize and on-board payrolled contingent workers; co-employment risks are mitigated and results in faster access to qualified talent.  Enterforce manages all the on-boarding activities for workers who don’t qualify for 1099 status by designating Enterforce as the “Employer of Record,” issuing payroll checks and W2s, supporting liability insurance and assuming all legal and tax obligations.
