Enterforce has developed processes and procedures to work with our clients to pre-qualify and screen prospective independent contractor (IC) candidates. Our screening process ensures IC candidates meet the criteria for IC's established by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). As independent contractor candidates are qualified through the vetting process, Enterforce coordinates and clears all documentation such as SOW, Certificate of Insurance, tax forms, etc. before they start.  Once on board, Enterforce periodically reviews each IC to ensure that they still qualify.
