Our management team and Board of Directors has over 150 combined years of knowledge and experience in providing contingent workforce solutions, project management and the procurement of external staff.

Marie has 20+ years of experience in all aspects of the staffing industry, and is considered an expert in the contingent workforce management and staff augmentation industry.  Marie's keen grasp of prevailing economic and business trends has enabled her to position EnterForce as an innovative management service provider that is designed to embrace the client's business rules that present efficiencies and other economic gains.

Ronald P. Smith, Vice President, Client Development

Ron has 20+ years of experience in IT consulting and client support in the technology industry.  This, along with his degree in Economics, helps him truly understand the financial controls, cost saving, and economic market trends that will impact a client’s program.  Ron’s focus is consulting, design and development of customer enterprise workforce management solutions and strategic planning.

Timothy Griffin, Vice President, Client Services

Tim brings more than 14 years of experience in the Professional Recruiting and Staffing Industry with 6 years of on-site Program Management experience.  His focus is implementation and management of the workforce solution and managing the program team.
