Marie L. O’Brien - President and CEO

Marie focuses on planning the direction of Enterforce, Inc., and consulting to develop enterprise-wide workforce management solutions.   Marie O’Brien developed the “Enterforce Advantage” Business Model to revolutionize the Managed Services Provider industry.  With 30 years of experience and expertise in the staffing and contingent workforce management industry, Marie’s keen grasp of prevailing business trends, is the foundation of this innovative model targeted at Fortune 1000 companies. The Enterforce Advantage delivers significant cost saving that result from facilitating a competitive marketplace amongst its client’s staffing firms, contractors, suppliers, coupled with infrastructure tools that streamline its clients’ contingent workforce systems.

Prior to founding Enterforce in 2001, Marie co-developed Management Alliance Programs, Inc. (MAP).   She held the positions of Vice President, Director and Manager during her 16 years with MAP and SITE, Inc.   Marie has also held administrative, sales and marketing positions with other national and international consulting /staffing organizations.    

Marie is a graduate of Mount Mary College with a BA in Business and Professional Communications.

Ronald P. Smith – Senior Vice President, Administration 

Ron oversees all Enterforce’s administrative functions including Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology.  With over 20 years of experience in IT consulting and client support in the technology industry, he is considered an expert in information services and technology integration.  Ron’s business Economics degree and business background enables him to truly understand the financial controls, cost savings and economic market trends that will impact a client’s program.  Ron’s areas of expertise complement the skills of Enterforce’s executive team supports Enterforce’s abilities to design innovative workforce solutions and programs.  

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities at Enterforce, Ron held the positions of Vice President of Client Development and On-Site Program Manager. Before joining Enterforce, he was a Senior Account Executive for MPC – Solutions/Omni tech Corporation.  His responsibilities included computer hardware and technical solution sales. At Omni Tech, Ron was a President’s Club Winner in 1999, 2001, and 2002 (program established in 1999).  He achieved ‘Top three in Sales’ for 12 years (1 first, 8 second, and 3 third) out of 30 sales personnel.   He started his career at Bank One Milwaukee, where he was a Customer Services Representative. 

Ron graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Economics.  He has multiple Microsoft and Cisco certifications.

Daniel D. Harkness – Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Implementations   

Dan has overall responsibility for Enterforce’s MSP implementations, consulting services delivery and strategic initiatives. He has spent 28 years in the consulting industry, as a management consultant and in senior executive roles.   Dan has extensive project planning, development and management experience.  He has a track record of developing and growing new services within international and regional consulting firms as well as consulting start-ups.    

Prior to joining Enterforce in February, 2008, Dan was a principal of three management consulting firms.  For the past seven years, his consulting focus has been planning and managing the implementation of enterprise-wide MSP programs for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.  Dan was previously with a Wisconsin based regional IT consulting firm where he held the titles of Milwaukee Operations Executive, Services Delivery Executive, and Manager of Project Services.  He began his career with a ‘Big 4’ consulting firm, where he became a Senior Manager specializing in the financial services and government sectors.    

Dan graduated from Occidental College, with a BA in Economics, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received an MBA in Finance.  Dan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  He has over 2000 hours in continuing education.

Timothy Griffin - Vice President, Client Reporting/Metrics and Project Management  

Tim is responsible for managing the implementations of MSP programs and oversees client reporting.  He provides oversight support and performs special projects for Enterforce’s existing MSP clients.  He has 15 years of experience in the staffing industry including professional recruiting, client management and on-site contingent services program management.  Tim brings a wealth of experience in providing annual savings, continuous process improvement and governance to our MSP clients.  Tim has experience meeting the staffing needs of all functional areas and is an expert in serving major Engineer organizations.  

Prior to joining Enterforce, Tim was an on-site Program Manager for a VOP program at a Fortune 500 company.  In addition to meeting Engineering and Administrative staffing needs, Tim oversaw this client’s Intern program.   Prior to this, Tim was a Technical Recruiter, where he focused on engineering and technical recruiting.  Tim specialized in recruiting mechanical and electrical engineers, designers and drafters, manufacturing and industrial engineers, technicians, production inventory control, purchasing, and tool and design designers. Tim received ‘Rep of the Year’ award three times.   Tim spent 14 years in the United States Air Force where he was an Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief and later an Aircraft Maintenance Job Controller/Senior Controller.  He twice received the Air Force Achievement medal and was awarded the Air Force Commendation medal.         

Randall Harlan – Director, Marketing and Communications  

Randall is responsible for selling Enterforce’s MSP services.   His extensive marketing, sales and account management experience has involved building client relationships to secure new business as well as retain and expand business with existing clients. Randall’s strong relationship building skills and experience in the staffing industry allows him to gain best knowledge and insights to client requirements.    

Prior to joining Enterforce, Randall was a Corporate Account Executive – Central Region for Manpower Inc.   In that role he was responsible for securing, growing and managing the sales and relationships in both new and existing corporate national accounts.  He developed and implemented comprehensive account strategies.  He also leveraged Manpower’s Home Office resources to ensure consistent service delivery, and served as central point of contact for high-level problem escalation.  Prior to his tenure at Manpower, Randall was the Midwest Area Sales Manager of Enterprise & Government Sales for Palm, Inc.  Prior to that, he was Senior Sales Manager - Business Imaging for Polaroid Corporation with responsibility for national accounts in western U.S. Prior to Polaroid Corporation, Randall moved to Wisconsin to take an assignment with Honeywell Corporation where he was a Marketing Representative for Honeywell’s Residential Controls Division for four years.  He spent another year with Honeywell in their Process Controls Division.  Randall’s initial sales position was with Drackett Products Company, a division of Bristol Meyers.  

Randall received his undergraduate degree in Business from Indiana University – Bloomington, Indiana

Lori Seefeld – Director, Client Services

Lori has 10 years of experience in program management.  She has been involved in the MSP implementation and start-up process at each of our clients.  Lori is the Director of Client Services and, in this role, she oversees the program managers daily activities.  Previous participation in the facilitation of day-to-day service delivery process between hiring managers and stakeholders, including contract negotiations and management.  Managed the complete process of recruiting, on boarding and off boarding for the intern program which included over 200 students.

Lori has held lead program management  roles at all of Enterforce's MSP programs and is instrumental in the development of Enterforce's Intern/Co-op management services.  As Director of Client Services,   Lori has overall service delivery responsibility for all Enterforce MSP clients.
