Process
We standardize processes, which yields increased efficiency and significant savings.
Enterforce relieves the headaches and the burdens of managing a contingent workforce program. We develop standardized processes, enabling these processes with state-of-the-art VMS (Vendor Managed System) technology. The results are administrative efficiencies, rigorous controls, and requisitions that are quickly filled with highly qualified and competitively priced candidates.
Centralized Processes
Enterforce begins by working with each client to define MSP program's scope and objectives. With these defined, we review and assess current related processes and technology. Enterforce then works closely with our clients to define the functional and technical requirements of their MSP program. Once requirements have been completed, we are now able to look at the current processes and program requirements to define the detailed processes that will be needed to support the new MSP program. Enterforce has developed a comprehensive proprietary library of MSP program "baseline" processes to facilitate this effort. The baseline processes are tailored and new processes are developed, as required, to develop a standard set of program processes. Every effort is made to minimize any changes to the defined processes, as well as technology and reporting. Developing a standard set of processes supports proper adoption of the new program, and reduces the costs of implementing and maintaining the MSP program. Changes to the processes will be made only to the extent required to support regional, country, or local client infrastructures, business requirements, or legal requirements. On an ongoing basis, Enterforce looks for opportunities to improve MSP program processes to maximize value and program efficiencies.
The Enterforce Advantage
Our business model, the Enterforce Advantage, showcases the best practices of procurement and workforce management processes in the industry. As a Managed Services Provider (MSP), our model facilitates a business environment in which all labor suppliers compete against each other, on a level playing field, for the contingent and contracted positions of your company. We manage your suppliers and contingent workers at a local, regional, national, or global level. Only by drawing from the largest talent pools can you ensure healthy competition among highly qualified candidates. Other models and MSPs attempt to provide “neutral” programs but have inherent conflicts that can cost more and provide less qualified candidates. Example 1 - A large staffing firm managing an MSP, who is also a supplier in the program; there is a natural bias for the MSP to fill requisitions with their staffing firm's candidates to increase their profits. The other suppliers are reluctant participants in the program as they realize the inequities of the program. Example 2 - A large staffing firm manages an MSP, but does not staff the program - This is a better situation than Example 1. However, suppliers will have concerns as they are providing sensitive information to a competitor, and it is only a matter of time before the large staffing firm seeks to become a supplier. Enterforce is a truly "neutral" MSP. The Enterforce Advantage is not affiliated with any staffing firm or VMS software provider. Enterforce charges a nominal administrative fee to implement and manage our MSP programs for our clients. We create a "win-win" for our clients and MSP suppliers. We are thought leaders who represent the future of procurement and contingent workforce management. That's why Aberdeen rated us in the top quintile of the Managed Services Provider Industry, because we deliver 5 - 20% savings in contingent spending.
Tools and Flexibility
When dealing with clients' systems and infrastructure, Enterforce also offers an unmatched level of flexibility. Companies are not all the same, therefore we customize our services based on the needs of each specific client. We implement infrastructure and IT systems that are the best fit for your company, because we are not entangled with obligations to VMS software companies or tools. Other MSP's and large staffing firms rush the process to incorporate software, systems, and staffing firms; they seem to shove their way into their client company. This broken business model is risky and invasive. At Enterforce, we prefer to plan a carefully calculated incorporation into the company, implementing rigorous controls and mitigating risk during the transition to a streamlined procurement process. Also, a large part of Enterforce’s service is the constant reassessment of our client's needs. We know that companies adapt and evolve, and Enterforce is constantly assessing those changing needs. All of this is part of our goal to provide clients with personalized savings customized to their specific needs.
What do we mean by “rigorous controls”?
In the last decade serious breaches of fiduciary responsibilities inside major corporations sometimes lead to their demise. In one case, a highly respected “Big Four” public accounting firm went under due to its failure to properly audit fiscal malfeasances. As a result, federal legislation was passed, including Sarbanes-Oxley, which includes ‘Section 404,’ addressing internal controls over financial reporting. Adhering to SAS 70 Compliance (Statement on Auditing Standards) means that you have adequate financial and technological processes properly in place. Enterforce’s MSP solutions are SAS 70 compliant. The processes and technologies you choose with Enterforce ensure that there are financial controls in place for all transactions performed as part of the VMS software including, but not limited to: requisition approval, time and expense approvals, financial adjustments, authorized bill rates, assignment extension approvals, proper invoicing and approvals, etc.
